Review: Where I stand with science fiction is, I'm a latecomer to the party, and with Philip K. Dick I'm a late discoverer as well. I've read the Man In The High Castle and loved it. It may not be sci fi but it's a great introduction to a great writer. My mate has been telling me for years to read him. Why didn't I listen! In A Maze Of Death I wouldn't like to be trapped on the hostile worlds and environments he conjures up in his books and this is no different! They say to write fiction that you need a vivid imagination; what sort of imagination do sci fi writing involve?

Review: Slow, boring, very wordy, not much happens. Seems very out of character for PKD, not like his other works. Very disappointed.
