Review: This is a very different and much improved version of an earlier edition that I inherited from a friend. Comprehensive information presented in a much more accessible style than a lot of text books - worth buying as practice is evolving in this area (note that the 6th ed. is in the pipeline). Role emerging settings and service user perspectives are useful inclusions. Not as pitifully flimsy as some text books either!
