Review: A very personal and moving story of how one young naive girl was caught up in the harsh realities of being a member of the suffragette movement in Huddersfield. The story illustrates just how the fight of the suffragettes was not simply confined to the Pankhursts but involved women throughout Britain. Recommended for anyone interested in the part played by women throughout history.
