Review: Kindle Edition: This an excellent book let down by its illustrations in the digital edition. Some of the pictures appear as small 1.5 x 2 cm images, which are too small to get a full understanding of what is being presented. In many other books this is not an issue as it is simple to enlarge them on screen, however with this book the images have been so compressed that there is no further information to be seen when zoomed in. Similarly many of the tables are presented as images that are too compressed to easily read the text. Basically the digital conversion has been done on the cheap so that the book looses much of its impact in this form.
