Review: I like this book a lot. I often cannot resist training or chess improvement books, but this one is very convinvcing as to ways to improve in all spheres of chess skill. Opening Preparation, analysing your own games,endings,attitude, tactics training. I almost want to not write a good review for this so I can keep the good ideas in the book to myself . It has ideas based on Axel Smith's experience as a trainer and improving player. Includes a lot of prose and apposite example games and positions. This is far better than The book by Hawkins. this is for more advanced players than those other classic improvement books Chess for Tigers or Tiisdall's Improve your Chess Now
