Review: Beautifully expertly made book about wild crafting, Pascal Baudar is really creative and makes you think about the beautiful flavors of your local area! This book is very adaptabe ( you will need some basic knowledge about foraging if you want to use it so i would recommend to buy a combo of a foraging book and this one to learn more if you are a beginner!)! A pure wonder, i cannot wait to try more !

Review: I'm a very novice forager and although this book was recommended to me I just found it too daunting. As the other reviewers say, for experienced foragers I imagine it's a great book but one thing I particularly found confusing and a real potential problem was the use of common names which in America refer to one plant but in the UK refer to a quite different one. I was also put off by so many plants used in the recipes which are not found here, I'm sorry to say it's not the book for me so I've returned it.
