Review: Katie Brindles book is so informative for overall health and well-being, I highly recommend a read of it ????

Review: It is actually a nice uplifting book with pleasant illustrations and plenty of techniques etc to trial out. The writer is very positive about what they’ve written and the techniques included but sadly that’s the issue I have with it: the writer is exclusively positive. It would have been better to have been more balanced and provided an objective look at each technique and have expanded on scientific evidence. Instead everything is discussed from a super rose tinted view and includes “the shear brilliance of this” style descriptions without being backed up.
