Review: You can tell that it’s a mid-series book, because the plot feels like it’s dragging on a bit and nothing new is happening. The whole book only spans a few days, although it’s set a while after the previous book, but things happen and it’s very engaging, occasionally gory, and as delightfully teenage-angsty as before. If the plot had progressed more, then it would have been perfect. Some parts I don't really see the point in, but on the plus side, Frankenstein’s back!

Review: This book was an excellent read. The character development is good and from the previous books, you get the sense of the main protagonists "Growing Up" and becoming Battle Hardened. There's sufficient gore and adult language to keep even me (30 yrs old) reading without it being gratuitous or unnecessary.. I look forward to the next installment in the series!
