Review: The book looks stunning first of all, all the photos make you want to try things. The recipes that I have made have been delicious, like the "magic mushroom pasta" i have attached. Some recipes do contain quite unusual ingredients like irish sea spaghetti or chlorella which I am yet to try but overall a great book, some very tasty alternatives to regular veggie recipes, with twists to wow your friends.

Review: Even though there is a few good recipes (particularly for breakfast and salads), this cookbook will definitively not be one of my favourite for dinners. I have a LOT of vegetarian and vegan cookbooks that I have gathered over the years and so far the only ones I use on a daily basis are the ones by Isa Chandra Moskowitz especially "Isa does it" which is my absolute favourite. Another issue that I found really unpleasant is the smell of harsh solvent/paint that I got from the book upon first opening and for several weeks after. It is so strong that it's always a struggle to read holding the book close enough for my eyes to read and far enough from my nose so that I don't get overwhelmed by the smell and end up closing the book. What in the hell did they use to print it ? I have never had this problem with another book. Another thing that is worth noting is that most recipes are for 4 people which, in my opinion, is not ideal for families especially if, like me, you like to cook a big dinner and use some leftovers for the next day to save yourself some time.
