Review: Simple and brilliant. I have loads of children's books and this one always gets a loud 'YES' when I choose it as the bedtime story. It sets my three (3-9yrs) off in fits of laughter at the reactions and expressions of the main character (the Easter cat). I don't know what it is about this book that gets my lot going.... maybe it's the anticipation of the few words chosen on each page that keeps the kids holding their breath and then on some pages there are no words at all as you are waiting for what the cat is going to do next, it builds suspense and excitement and results in hoots of laughter. I really hope this author goes to write more, she captures something that not many books have and I think it ought to be one of those classic books that all people have on their shelf. From an adults point of view she accurately and humorously captures a cats personality and requirement to be centre of attention, if you have cats you will live this and totally 'get it', mind you we didn't have a cat and still found it funny.

Review: El libro es maravilloso y divertido. Lo que me disgusta es que el libro llego muy sucio por fuera, tanto la cubierta como debajo. He conseguido limpiar la mayor parte, pero estas cosas no deberian de ocurrir! Son libros nuevos y deberian aparentarlo. Por lo demas, si, lo compraria una y otra vez. A los peques les encanta este personaje.
