Review: I've followed yo for a long time on youtube, I've learned so much from her and my now favourite go to cake is her vanillia. Holds very well. So when I seen her book on here I was over the moon and had to purchase it. I love her intro, and she has inspired me what I should have done years ago making cakes. All her ideas are amazing and it's a great book to learn from. She gives all the information and even breaks it down. It also has a converstion table at the back. She is amazing and an inspiration to learn from. Delivery was very fast.

Review: Very frustrating that the book only used cups so had to use a conversion table. She also then says recipes need a 1 or 2 pound mix, but none of her mixtures/recipes stated how much they made in total, so this is completely confusing!
