Review: If It's For My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat A Demon Lord. While we don't meet any demon lords in this volume of the story, we do meet up with a few magical beasts and the various races. One of those races is the little devil girl named Latina, who is found alone in the woods by adventurer Dale Reki. While there is a language difference, Dale speaks enough of the language of the devil tribes that he discovers this poor, half starved little girl had been cast out of her village and the only one to go with her was her father. Her father had died protecting his little girl. Dale feeds her and gives her father a proper burial. He then takes her back to the town where he lives and, after discussing it with his friends, decides to adopt her and raise her as his own. Once he makes that decision, he does the only thing he can think of: He tries to spoil her rotten. Latina accepts being spoiled, but her natural good nature makes her want to be as helpful as possible, so, initially, she starts helping out at the inn where her and Dale live: with carrying dirty dishes back to the kitchen, one plate at a time, the diminutive devil daughter captivates the customers of the Dancing Ocelot: a group of rough adventurers. Because she loves her guardian so much, she wants to give back to him, and, with the help of the inns owner and Dale's former adventurer partner, she starts to learn how to cook. While she barely looks 5, it soon comes to light that her 8th birthday is soon, which means she'll be starting school. In the meantime, she also meets others her age and has a small circle of friends: 3 boys and two other girls. The story is heartwarming, but there are action scenes as well. So far there are 8 volumes and over each one, we see little Latina growing up.

Review: Carina dal volume 1 al vol. 5 incluso. Peccato.
