Review: I’ve only had my pressure cooker for 2 days and already I have learnt so much. Catherine Phipps shares some brilliant tips on how to cook your basic recipes in a pressure cooker, including whole chicken, bolognaise, boiling eggs, pasta etc. as well as some beautiful looking modern recipes that I can’t wait to try. Many of the recipes have variations so you can use the techniques to cook pretty much anything you like. I’m more than happy with this book, it is beautifully bound and it is going to live on my work surface as a constant reference.
