Review: After the life changing diagnosis, the lost and helpless feelings. I was able to positively do something that would change my future. This is more than just a manual, if you have MS then this is a must. Im so grateful my missus found it. Gives practical direction on how to stay well, backed up with science, most of which goes over my head. Lifes good, a big part of this i owe to this book.

Review: I truly believe that OMS is a great plan for living with MS but this book could do with some better editing. I got halfway into the chapter about fats/oils and became so confused - it is filled with unnecessary metaphors about motor cars and on road, off road, off ramps, fast lanes and slow lanes. Unnecessarily confusing. I couldn't bear to keep going. The original book is better.
