Review: This is a great read. You cannot expect to read this and have the same level of capabilities as someone who does this all day every day for decades of their lives... However, it offers some great insight and clues into where to question people further. I read this a few years ago, and I still use some techniques. After reading, watch a few other interviews of people who were caught to be lying. The news interview of the school caretaker of the Soham murders is a great start! When you know a few clues, it becomes quite obvious in every sentence he says! You might be able to tell he is lying without the use of this book. But your level of understanding will be greatly increased, as will you ability to pick up on more subtle liars.
