Review: I have read 10 of these books of Lillian Jackson Braurn's stories in her series of books, this no 11 of and it is SOooo good! And this book is a page turner. I got so caught up in it I found it hard to put down. Jim Qwilleran who is a reporter who has acquired these two beautiful Siamese cats 'Ko Ko' & Yum Yum' who have cheeky, clever and persistent ways of pointing Jim to each of the needed clues at times needed. Which sometimes results in saving Qwillerans life. Known as 'Qwill' to friends, is always snooping into things that point to or are crimes of some sort; Always digging out the truth in all kinds of situations that he seems to land himself in. I find these two very clever cats so amusing and the ongoing unlikely relationship between them and this Frugal reporter, writer is for me a wonderful type of escapism in a search of some relaxing 'Me time'. I am not going into the story or plot at all, I personally prefer to pick that up myself. But I have to say such a good book, they are all SUCH GOOD READS!! I have purchased some for friends, enjoyable relaxing read. LOVE THEM!!
