It is the best tool for healing that I have ever encountered. It guides you to look inside for answers that are relevant for you where you can reconnect with your lost power and happiness. It helps you open your heart. A very unique piece of creativity that gives you access to many secrets of Life. I've been studying the book for almost a year, and also took the Golden Path course which takes you even deeper into understanding yourself, and would highly recommend doing them both. The most profound and the most practical spiritual teaching out there, I am keeping it for life. Richard Rudd, the author is an incredible sacred man, very worth following.
