Review: I'm currently studying a holistic therapy course, and at the beginning I was recommend this book as it used the same foot charts we would be using. Buying the book, I realized how much more there was in it. The book starts with a very easy to follow chapter in the movements you may use, well laid out and colorful foot charts, symptom/reflex tables and above all is very user-friendly. I really felt like I was cruising in my class until I bought this, and it's price is amazing as well! There are a lot of reflexology books out there, yes, but I would highly recommend this to anyone starting out in reflexology or even an expert perhaps. This should be on everyone's shelf, and as mentioned, it's a fantastic price. Mine is obviously used, there's some pencil marks across the inside covers, and the sleeve was a little torn, but that just means it's been loved, and the inside of the book is pristine. From when I ordered the book, it took less then a week to arrive, fantastic!

Review: Ordered this book to help with my course and within a week, the first 4 pages fell away the spine of the book, another few days later another few pages fell out. Not very impressed about that, and book didn’t seem as crisp as a new book should with yellow ish edges to the pages, my guess the books stored in the sun, but do love the content of this book and highly recommend to anyone studying reflexology but I hope your book is in better condition than mine.
