Review: Before I bought this book, I believed that the food we eat can really affect our lives. I had had a few episodes of depression and suffered quite bad with pms. Following the guidelines in this book has not only made me feel so much better mentally, but I am physically stronger, have lost a few pounds (although I am quite slim anyway and I wasn't really looking to do this), my blood sugar levels have balanced and I don't get bloated like I used to. I've also really toned up without doing much exercise. The ideas are simple to understand and the food plans aren't anything fancy. I'd recommend to anyone.
