Review: “As [someone else] said…” is a recurring motif throughout this book. Shetty repeatedly regurgitates things that have been discussed, experienced, or researched by others, meaning there is little in the way of original content. It’s Eat, Pray, Love but with a male author. Some of the little self-evaluation tasks were cute on a superficial level, but the “influencer monk” doesn’t do it for me, I’m afraid. 3 years in India does not make you a guru - it just makes you 3 years later to the millionaire lifestyle.
