Review: My 12 year old son is working his way through this book and he finds it really is helping him to see his fears in a different light. It is great to have a resource that is written for kids to read for themselves in language that makes sense to them, as I know as a parent I sometimes don't have the right words or know what to say for the best. It does feel just a tiny bit too young for my 12 year old lad, but I couldn't find anything like it in a similar style for older kids.

Review: I bought this for my 6 1/2 year-old who is having trouble expressing her negative feelings and being too hard on herself when she couldn’t figure something out right off the bat. The examples relate so well to kids, I even heard my daughter Use one of the helpful examples from the book to one of her friends. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who could use a little help in that area.
