Review: It might just be my expectations but this is not a manual, but a collection of anecdotes and the odd insightful sentence. It is very heavy on the what one should be trying to achieve but extremely light on the actual mechanics of how one might achieve anything. A useful insight into some successful companies that Slootman presided over, but very very little useful, actionable insight.
