Review: Good book really good book great for an overview and starting point for newbies. However either Amazon or their sellers appear to believe it is ok to sell expensive books and trow them into packaging which leaves the edges damaged. Whoever packs the books doesn't always ensure the cover is flat. Or the market place sellers just chuck it in a bag the thinking..... well it is used anyway? Do better Amazon and market place sellers.... really please do
