Review: The thing we like about the original Berenstain bears books is they taught life lessons in a non preachy way. Apparently Mike Berenstain disagrees with his parents’ formula for success. This book is half a book. By that I mean Mike wrote half a book and then re-told a Bible story for the second half. It’s a perfect storm of lazy writing and not taking the time to write an original story.
