Review: This is a very practical book, with helpful advice on managing yourself as an adult and identifying what areas of your life you have control over and responsibility for. By taking ownership of your own emotions, values and talents (for example) you can feel more content and contribute to a healthier marriage as a result. Well worth a read.

Review: I very rarely write reviews. I’m very annoyed at myself that I didn’t read the negative reviews (normally I ignore them!). This book might as well be the bible. Constantly shoved down your throat. I’m not atheist and I have respect of other religions and cultures but I resent it being thrown at me so much. I’m nearly a third through the book already after receiving it yesterday because I’m skipping anything that mentions god. I will probably end up not bothering to read the rest and will actually send it back. The bible bashing makes it so difficult to read.
