Review: Susan-Jane is a genius with ingredients, uses them really simply with such delicious results! This book is a must have for families particularly. I no longer have time to cook things fresh every evening and this book has saved me, we still get to eat delicious health food and I have more time, win win! Its a staple in out house, I use it all the time and my freezer is filled with yummy food. My kids adore bean the chilli and the rogan josh is so yum. She has great little tips throughout on how to save time and as a busy mum of 2 little ones batch cooking is a game changer! Clever batch is my favourite cookbook on the shelf right now!
