Review: For fans of Gina on YouTube (and there are many by all accounts) this is a good book. There is a good selection of her recipes and a nice set of photos at the end of the family and Gina in her younger days. Otherwise there are many Italian cook books that offer a broader variety of recipes and are much better value. At 130 pages and a softback, it's not good value at £15.53. We have only been using the book for a couple of weeks for a few recipes and it's already curling up, just like a well-read paperback. For the price and intended use as a reference book, it should be a hardback and printed on better quality paper.
