Review: These are quite good quality, certainly not as flimsy as some flashcards. On one side is a picture with the Russian word. In the top left corner on the same side is the word written in English. On the other side the word is written in Russian (no picture and no English), which is good for testing your memory of the written word. I already knew the alphabet, could say a number of basic words and phrases, and count to 10. However, I wanted something to help me learn to read very basic Russian and these are proving quite effective.

Review: Useful but words are too limited. My daughter knew the words already and cards are simply not enough to buil vocabulary. There are too, a few oddities regarding the names in English but that is not the bug bare. A larger vocabulary be much more useful across the range of common words
