Review: I got this for my 7 and 9 year olds, and it is an excellent beginning Bible study tool. It takes them through the "high points" from Genesis through Revelation to get a bigger picture of the redemptive story arc of the Bible. I love that my kids are essentially reading through the Bible, but hitting only age-appropriate texts that still help get that bigger picture. There are only a handful of verses to read each day for 6 days each week, and space to take notes on your church's Sunday Service on the seventh day. I'm not sure if it would hold a preteen/young teen's interest but I think it's an excellent beginning resource.

Review: Not what I expected. We homeschool and I wanted my daughter to have a bible lesson each morning that was really engaging. This simply tells her to read a bible verse, copy one to memorize, answer one question and that’s it. It’s literally about 5 minutes worth of work each day. There is no thorough paragraph on each verse that would explain what shes reading or give her some kind of relatable lesson to the scriptures. And I don’t like the page for “sermon notes”. Not applicable for an 8 yr old who has yet to grasp the concepts being taught by the pastor and understanding the vocabulary used by the pastor.
