Review: Incredible and inspiring book best book I have bought in years this chef is a pioneer in this field, worked with best and I like the way he passes this on in the book so much information on all aspects of cooking in fire from the woods to use the flavours of the woods the equipment you need . It’s generosity in knowledge. All I can say is thank you Lennox hastie

Review: Bought this book after being inspired watching Lennox on the Netflix series chefs table. Very high quality book, great pics but totally impractical! His use of ingredients is amazing but I don’t have lotus leaves in my kitchen pantry sadly- or many of the other ingredients he uses.
