Review: I have to say that this volume is brilliant..,again ! All the Genshiken books are. This one contains the old and new groups meeting for the first time. Mmm,some minor fireworks with some really funny interactions.Cosplay too..,Woo Hoo ! All the fans of this series were always hopeful that Saki san would cosplay again because the first time was almost too awesome to comprehend ! The original guys are all there with the twist that they have jobs now which gives Sasahara's sister,Kaminaga,the oportunity to pas out calling cards from her 'sleazy' club. All excellent stuff,coupled with the Comic festival,and Ogiue's drawing,a very good read indeed, not forgetting Hato's cross dressing ! And Angela's antics..,does Anybody understand her ? No,probably not,but she's harmless enough,isn't she ? I wouldn't be too sure.The rest of the two groups are always up to some mischief or other so why should she be any different ?! Sound complicated ? It sure is and wonderful because of it all. The artwork is superb and every word has to be read to drink in the full potential of all the great stories. Some of the side comments are soo good that you get a real taste for the groups to continue to interact. Absolutely flawless entertainment,IMHO. Oops,I got confused...,Angela is Another blond American girl who visited the Genshiken club earlier in the series. Sue chan is the current(odd) blond American girl.Sasahara's sister is Keiko san.Kaminaga is Hato kun's school Sempai who influenced his art and clothes styles.I re read the volume AFTER writing my earlier part of this review. See how complicated it is..,phew.Please read the book,it's much easier than me trying to feebly explain..,honest.
