Review: I’m not vegetarian, but I enjoy cooking and I’m happy to serve vegetables as the main course if the recipe is tasty and substantial. I like the way Gino talks about food; he’s enthusiastic and knowledgeable and not obsessed with calorie counting, low fat or fast, fast, fast. Food should be prepared with good ingredients, time and love. These recipes incorporate those principles and I’m pleased I picked this up on offer at 99p. It works well as an ebook and I browse on iPad where it’s colourful and easy say to navigate. It’s packed with recipes for almost any taste. Starters, mains and even desserts. Some great ideas and a welcome addition to my collection.

Review: Bought this to give a bit of a kick to my veggy menu. After 30 plus years as a veggy I realised I was doing the same old things. The only drawback, which is true to all cookbooks, veggy of otherwise, is that the recipes are always for 4 or more. My husband is a meat eater and doesn't do italian food. Would someone please do Italian recipes for 2 or 1.
