Review: Hooker and Marty the two captins are asked if they want to form a club by Kiddo Johnstone at Eastgate Priory. All goes well but will the club be able to hit several sixes or will they be out for a duck? With Clive sleeping rough and Jason and Erica having a row. Plus Tylan with his difficulty with his dad at the shop and not practising enough will they get through? I love this book because you can just feel suspense rising in to you because you can see it in your minds eye with everything happening you get so engrossed in the book you want to know even more and what will happen. I recommend this book to people who like cricket or sport. The ages I reccomend should read this are 9+ because the glossary wont make any sense to you if you dont understand big words. To conclude the book I think it is brilliant to read

Review: Good story with lots of technical information about cricket as well. My son is good level year 3 reader but the small text did put him off. Best for a real cricket fan with excellent reading level.
