Review: Moving from a physical to digital workplace without a proper framework has bought about countless collaboration problems within teams across the globe. We're still using offline techniques for online collaboration, which is hampering our team's ability to perform at a particularly high-level. This book clears up this issue by introducing a way of working with revolves around a teams self dicipline around ALIGNMENT. It's no longer about hanging out with the CEO or management team for a beer after work and earning brownie points - it's about collaboration, alignment and performance. This book sets out the framework needed to create this environment, as well as what you can do as a leader / project manager / employee / founder to make your mark and cultivate new, high-performing teamwork. Years ahead of it's time, this is a BEAUTIFUL book with amazing illustrations and artwork that I'm sure we'll look back on in 10 years time to be an international best seller. Review: I am returning the book as it contains numerous typo errors, mainly relating to how it cross-references tasks to other chapters. They just take you to the wrong pages/chapters making it an irritating experience. Feels hastily done which is shame as I enjoyed previous book like Business Model Generation etc.
