Review: This book has a recipe for hummus and some hummus info at the beginning of the book and there after has recipes that can be used to eat with hummus ie toppings as such. It also includes some other chickpea recipes and other Levantine recipes. I made the hummus and it was ok. The seasoning and additives eg garlic etc is left up to individuals themselves. I would have liked more help with the seasoning of the hummus and also advice on adding flavours eg lemon and coriander. I am aware of loads of things I could possibly add but would need guidance from a recipe as to how much of individual flavours should be added. For that reason I'm only giving 3 stars.
