Review: I really wanted to love this, but somehow it fell a little bit flat for me. Perhaps because it's claimed to be 'laugh out loud' funny in the summary/preview above? I feel this is false advertising a the story most definitely isn't funny, nor am I sure it even intends to be. It's an ok story with a very important message, that you can still be good friends even if you disagree on certain things. The illustrations are lovely, a definite strength of the book. However, I definitely felt mislead by 'laugh out loud' claims above. My class enjoyed listening to the story at the time, but they definitely didn't laugh and the story hasn't been asked for again since. It's ok, but definitely not a classic.
