Review: Excellent book for anyone interested in this process, more than enough food for thought and examples to aspire towards. Concise explanations and little waffle, a wide range of approaches to printing from the basic with minimal tools to much more advanced and complicated. One negative with my copy down to printer & publisher, first signature of the book has been incorrectly imposed so that contents and prelims start halfway in, and pages are mixed up, should have been spotted!
