Review: I loved this. It is witty, dark and I was totally absorbed in the world from the word go. Malice doesn't like her family's brand of mischief and mayhem; she much prefers silly mischief and time spent with her ghostly grandpa. When grandfather's start to go missing, Malice is drawn to Underline to try and rescue her own grandpa. It has echoes of Roald Dahl and would appeal to children (and grown ups) who love the slightly macabre with a good dose of warmth and humour.

Review: Really enjoyed this! I loved the sense of family and the mystery nature of this. You can’t beat a good ‘guess who/whodunnit’ kind of story! I loved all of the illustrations throughout. A brilliant fun story about a young girl who doesn’t feel like she fits in, who finds that she can follow her heart and learn to stand out (and that it’s a good thing!) A brilliant book in the run up to Halloween!
