Review: Once again I loved catching up with the women at 13 Article Row. I found the romance between Tilly and Drew dragged out and wanted to slap Tilly for being so childish and wishing that Olive would lock her in her room or something. I laughed out loud to read what Dulcie is up to now. I never saw that coming in a million years, her in a hospital for burn victims and loving it no less. Sally has some tragedy in her life and tough choices to make as a result, Agnes continues to try and build her relationship with Ted despite objections from his mother. Olive started to emerge a bit more in this book as it looks like there is a possiblity of romance on the horizon for her in this series. I do hope that the Article Row series will be seen through to the end. After the sad passing of Penny Jordan (Annie Groves) I guess her readers will have to take whatever she finished working on before her death, unless her family wishes to continue on for her. One thing is for sure there will never be another author I'll find as enjoyable as she is.

Review: This book was much to repetitive and basically covered the story from Book 1. Tilly is a cling on and any man would do well to take flight. Olive is a helicopter Mum who does not allow Tilly the opportunity to grow. She hovers over Tilly at every opportunity yet is afraid to think for herself because of gossip. I want characters would can stand up to gossips and not worry what the rest of the street thinks. Was almost tempted not to read book four but I gave in and bought it. If it is just as bad, I will not buy the final instalment.
