Review: As a yoga teacher, I learnt very little about dysfunctional breathing. Whilst that was 10 years ago I’m not sure that’s changed much. Yoga is at the forefront of the movement to help better breathing... and as such yoga teachers should be fully informed about breath biochemistry and postural restrictions so as to best guide students. Don’t miss this!
