Review: As a child I was definitely a fan of Enid Blyton especially Famous Five and Secret Seven. I had the paperback version of Secret Seven : Fireworks in the early 1980's and I loved the story as I think I actually had the book near to bonfire night! Some people say these books are dated now and certainly not politically correct etc but I still think that they have kept their joy and magic. This is definitely my favourite book in the Secret Seven series and this issue is special as it's the hard cover and nice and old-fashioned. So many happy childhood memories ????

Review: I know that the stories are dated, however, I am thrilled that some of the Enid Blyton series are available as E-books on Kindle. i have already purchased the entire the Famous Five and the Secret Seven series. i look forward to buying the Mystery series as well as the Barney series. i hope they are released soon.
