Review: This is the best vocal training book ever! As a beginner, it helps to have a singing teacher that uses these methods to assist in understanding and development of one's vocal journey. For the advance, it unlocks the process of mastering vocal control enabling to reach full potential in all vocal styles. I call it my singing bible, it's great to look up different areas of vocal understanding as and when is need. Not the sort of book to read from cover to cover in one day, but there is a natural progression throughout, building from understanding of the basics to advance singing. if you are serious about giving your voice the best chance to excel, then I totally recommend "singing and the actor"

Review: Unfortunately this book is not what I expected. I thought that a book based on a very scientific method (Jo Estill one) would have at least some bibliographic reference. Even when I agree with some concepts explained here, I find this book poor of clear explanations.
