Review: After the death of B.J., things begin to change at DWMA as Black Star, Tsubaki, Dr Stein and Crona all leaving the school for their own reasons. Meanwhile, when Maka is on a mission to Russia she encounters the Flying Dutchman and a dangerous opponent with strong ties the Kishin Asura. The Medusa on the other hand continues to pursue her own agenda as she reveals the secrets of some of Death City's citizens and wishes to make a deal with DWMA. This is another very entertaining volume of the 'Soul Eater' manga with some very nice action, some interesting revelations and some reasonable comedy moments. The battle between Maka and the Clown is very nicely done with some great artwork and sees Maka get a nice upgrade. The plot of the series is advanced slightly with the search for B.J.'s killer beginning, Black Star taking some time off and Medusa continuing her manipulations. The highlight of the volume however has to be the fight between Blair and the Flying Dutchman. This fight is funny and somewhat gruesome as Blair shows what she is capable of and how sadistic she can be (she is a cat after all and they like to play with their pray). 'Soul Eater' eleven is a very good instalment of the series and is well worth a full five stars.

Review: Soul Eater is amazing. It has a unique art style that I haven't seen before and it works extremely well. The characters are ostentatious and surprisingly funny! The story is interesting and I can see myself getting hooked very quickly!
