Review: This is a superb manual of Apologetics, Logic and Polemics. It exposes the faulty and often malicious thinking behind the most common objections to belief in God and Christian history and doctrine. I came to read it because Dr. David Wood.recommended it in Acts 19 Apologetics, his invaluable YouTube channel. I have now read it twice, and shall read it again with great pleasure and profit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Review: If you rely on this book, you will fail. Koukl creates strawman fallacies, and shifts the burden of proof e.g. by claiming an 'un-believer' needs to justify their 'beliefs'. He misrepresents science. Perhaps he has only had debates with people who have not thought about their position and understanding of the universe. But its pretty awful. There's a few interesting snippets, but all the scenarios where he 'beats' his interlocuter seem contrived. It seems he has studied arguments/challenges against his position for a while, and it tried to flip them around. But it doesn't work.
