Review: I often borrow cookery books from the library before I buy them - so glad I did with this one. At least most of it has been translated into English, but can't think of anything else positive to say. It's a very slim volume, & extremely expensive for what you get - e.g a lot of "recipes" for various croquettes & different types of chips - although some of them are called "fries". It also contains mistakes & ambiguities. e.g. a steak recipe introduction mentions the need for marinading in vinegar etc, but the recipe doesn't include vinegar. Maldon sea salt is mentioned repeatedly - but without stating that it is flaked. Anyone who didn't know this & used table salt would have a nasty, unhealthy surprise. There are prawn dishes that fail to mention whether the prawns should be raw or pre-cooked. There are 2 pages devoted to how to make breadcrumbs & add dried herbs to them !! And my favourite is a sauce - marmalade, chilli sauce & lemon juice. What can I say? I could go on. But I would suggest you download the Phillips Airfryer app for free.
