Review: I will be honest, I have not read the whole book as it is quite thick, I skipped ahead to learning about the flush. The flush does work, make sure you follow it properly though otherwise, it may not work as intended (you can end up with stones stuck in your bile duct if you don't do it properly!). I will say that the author does have his own views on eating, vaccines etc which may not resonate with everyone but still the flush is good and it does work. It's important to know that the flush treats the symptoms, not the root cause. I do think it's worth doing, I wouldn't advise doing it frequently as it is a lot of stress on the body. However, if you're getting gallstones or liver obstruction it's important to look into the reasons behind that, it could be fatty liver, NAFLD, cirrhosis etc and the flush won't solve that for you.
