Review: I have noticed my health decline over the last 25 years and my weight climb in spite of eating less, exercising and being careful of what I ate. I became disillusioned with doctor when they kept telling me that they had no record of my allergies, my joint pains, my arthritis, my gut problems, my fatty liver, my insomnia, etc etc. Yes I can hear others groaning in agreement. I came across Dr Tom O'Bryan on the internet before his book came out, while I was searching to heal myself. I knew I could do it without medication, I just didn't know how or where to start . Being able to breath, not having fluid retention, no being bloated all the time and getting rid of the above mentioned problems has been wonderful. I've felt like I was suffocating but now the restrictions have gone and I am now free. I have email my friends who have problems the link to this book and I pray they will see how this book can change their lives for the better. People, we don't know the harm we are doing to ourselves and it's time we took control of our own bodies and stopped the food industry from slowly killing us because of profits. Review: If you are American you will find this book user-friendly. Having said that, I must express my admiration for the high level of medical science Tom O’Bryon has applied to the advice in this book. It is accessible to anyone from any background. I hope this diet will help reduce the level of pain I experience with my autoimmune disease. At the very least it has given me a chance to try something other than ineffective, potentially addictive painkillers.
