Review: This book makes a lot of sense. It’s very easy to read and takes you through the reasoning behind the changes Dr Lin suggests people should make to their diet to benefit not just the teeth but the whole body. It’s very much a meat eaters diet. As someone who will eat fish (because I personally believe you have to be extra vigilant to get all the essential vitamins and minerals required for a healthy diet if you are vegetarian or vegan, and I’m not), I can adapt the diet to get all the necessary nutrients. True vegetarians and especially vegans may struggle but it could/should be possible. Whatever the ethics of your chosen diet it’s worth a read.
