Review: I have lost count the number of people I have referred this book to and who later thanked me as it helped them climb out of the ‘owning a job’ pit, that 80%+ of all small businesses survive in. If you are a business of one or few, but you have reached the point where you must either scale up to the next level and take on staff- THIS IS THE BOOK. Save yourself YEARS of sleepless nights and staff headaches, and invest in this great book. Good luck.

Review: Having paid £12 for this book I possibly should have known better than to think it wouldn't be a copy! It obviously is. The front & back covers are made from cheap flimsy card which on the plus side makes the book very bendy. The quality of paper used for the pages is crappy to say the least, very yellow, transparent & flimsy - very cheap stock (as printers would say). & how do I know it's a copy - because the type on most of the pages is not straight to the page edge - they didn't take much time in doing a good job. I have given the book 3 stars purely because it was recommended to me & I am ever hopeful that the content will shine way above the physical attributes of the actual book.
