Review: Teaching children where their food comes from is so important and this story should be a great assist to that. But, in this version, the hen plants corn and then makes it into flour. The actual story has the hen planting WHEAT, which is the correct origin of flour. Of course, one can make bread from corn meal, but then this would be corn bread - not the same thing.
